Emergency Care Information

We kindly ask that you provide our office with updated emergency care information to ensure your child's safety.

Please notify the front office and your homeroom teacher as soon as possible of any changes to your contact information or address. For your child's safety, students will only be released to individuals listed on the emergency care pick-up list and with proper identification (driver's license).

If someone else needs to pick up your child during school hours, please send written permission in advance.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep our students safe!

Health Room Information

At Reilly, we prioritize the health of every student. Please inform us of any special health needs your child may have so we can provide the best support possible.

Students with a fever must stay home until they are fever-free for at least 24 hours without using fever-reducing medicine.

We share a school nurse and a School Health Assistant (SHA) with other nearby elementary schools.

Medication

All medications must be administered in the health room by authorized personnel. Parents/caregivers must provide a completed written form and the medication in its original container. This includes both prescription and over-the-counter medications. The authorization form is available in the health room. Please call the school to have the form sent home or stop by the office to fill it out.

Thank you for helping us keep our students healthy and safe!
